The Garrett Smith Irrevocable Medical Trust was created to raise money to help offset the enormous financial burden of living with ALS. The Trust will pay for eventual 24/7 in-home care for Garrett Smith.  Costs to support a person living with ALS can be upwards
​of $200,000 per year.

Upon the untimely passing of Garrett, all funds in the trust will pass through to a new trust for Garretts 3 kids, Everett, Gracelyn, and Caleb.​
